The programme is divided into 6 modules distributed over 8 weeks, during which we will work together and explore your inner world. You will learn tools and techniques that will make your need to drink or indulge in other excessive coping mechanisms redundant. You will learn what it really means to be fully present and live life fully.
Each module will be divided into bite-size sections that you will be able to watch and/or listen to when you can, as well as exercises and worksheets to help you explore and dig deeper, as well as practice.
You will get a self-study part paired with VIP Voice support to take the exploration to a deeper level and integrate more content or techniques that speak to your very specific essence.

Who am I?
My name is Annick, and I’m the author of Soul Superstar: Stories From My Sober Heart.
I used to have a big secret. I was tired of living a double life, alternating between the wild party girl and the ever busy entrepreneur trying to make her dreams come true.
A few years ago, I woke up in my bed with no recollection whatsoever of how I had made it home. All I could remember was sitting on my friend’s veranda the night before, drinking wine. When I looked outside and realised I had driven home, my blood froze. How many more times would I be allowed to take such risks and still make it home safe?
I made an empowered choice. I decided to take my life back and do what it takes to turn it around and stop letting it be driven by my destructive behaviours and self-sabotage. I realised that they only served to reinforce that belief that I wasn’t good enough, that I didn’t deserve to be loved and valued.
I decided to change that broken record that seemed to be playing in the back of my mind, stand up and take control back. I rolled up my sleeves and said YES to building a new life.
What did I do?
I didn’t identify with the support groups available, so I decided to do it my way. I consistently kept working on myself, using the tools that I had been taught in my coaching training, and coming up with new ones along the way.
I walked on that journey and no matter what, I didn’t quit. When things got hard, I searched my toolbox for a solution, and I kept going. It wasn’t always easy, but I knew there was no other way.
I chose to believe that I could make it. And I want the same for you. I want you to realise how powerful you are. That you are NOT weak, or sick, or irreversibly flawed.
And I commit to teaching you the tools and techniques and practices that will get you there.

How does B.Y.O.B work?
The programme lasts 8 weeks, during which we will work together and explore your inner world, you will learn tools and techniques that will make your need to drink or indulge in other excessive coping mechanisms redundant. You will learn what it really means to be fully present and live life fully.
Each module will be divided into bite size sections that you will be able to listen to when you can, as well as exercises and worksheets to help you explore and dig deeper, as well as practice.
Your “home work” will be paved with voice check-ins to take the explorations to a deeper level, as well as focusing on your specific case and how the module content applies to you specifically. We’re all unique and have our own stories which is why it is important to dedicate time to your unique path and make sure that you make the most of the programme.

The second part of this transformation is a healing session where you get to explore and uncover what’s been lying inside of you for sometimes decades, in a self-sabotaging way. Explore the (often unconscious) underlying causes and sensitive areas that fostered your relationship with alcohol.
This is where breakthroughs happen, leading to Inner Peace, the foundation for living a life that you couldn’t have imagined even in your wildest dreams. This is where you start experiencing the real MAGIC of recovery.
Now that you’ve got the tools and techniques and have started the healing process, it is time to reorganize your life, physically clear out your old life and make room for the life that your New You deserves.
