Sometimes you need to stray…

My dearest,

Here’s what happened. This week, I’ve decided to stop. To pause, take a step back and listen. When I started B-school at the beginning of the year, I had clear ideas about what I wanted. But somewhere along the way, I strayed, and got lost.

And then, these past few weeks, I got to a place that I thought was new and unexplored, but as I went through my notes last Friday, I was struck by the realisation that this was no new place. This was actually where I had started from. This was what I had set off for on March 6, 2016.

How could I have forgotten? Where did I get lost? All questions that still have no answers right now. But as Rebecca Campbell said in Light is The New Black, sometimes you need to be on the wrong path, because “the further you get off track, the closer you actually are to abandoning the wrong one and leaping over to the right one”.

Yesterday, I was interviewed by Chris Cooper for his interview series on Career Beyond the Classroom. I told my story, to inspire people, but I actually found myself being inspired by my own words. Because for the first time, I heard my story, without the voice of judgement speaking over it.

Telling your story can be healing. It doesn’t have to be in front of hundreds of strangers. Sometimes, telling your story, from the heart, even if only to one person, can inspire your Self, as much as it inspires them.

That’s why I created the group “Authentically Yours” . This group aims to be your virtual conference hall. The place where you get to share your story, where you get to talk about topics that speak to your heart. The place where you can speak freely without being judged. Where you can drop your cloak and show yourself, as you are. In all your vulnerability. Let yourself be seen, let your heart be heard.

Listen to the story of other coaches, Spirit Junkies, life balance coaches, energy healers, angel card readers, health and wellness coaches, intuitive life coaches. Listen to them talk about how they got where they are today, and about topics close to their heart. Receive advice and support. But above all, show up in all your authenticity and be loved.

Come and practise being unapologetically YOU, and feel how good it feels. Watch others be themselves, and be inspired. Come share your message. You might change a life, just by showing up! Join us here: Authentically Yours

And don’t worry about the numbers. It’s a new group, and you are among the first ones to know about it. Some might actually prefer it with a small number as it keeps the cosy atmosphere. This also means that you’ve got all my attention if there’s any question that you’d like to ask! Hope to see you there, I’ll be sharing my webinar about My Coaching Toolbox over the weekend!

Have an amazing weekend!
Love and Light!
Annick.
