Authentically Yours – Interview #1 Priska Baumann

My guest for the very first episode is Priska Baumann. I met Priska in an online group and I immediately felt a connection. Priska is a Soul Freedom coach, and an actress as well. Authenticity is one of my favourite qualities and I love how Priska embodies it. She puts herself out there, and uses her experience to empower women and teach them how they can be their own Shero!

Authentically Yours – Interview #2 Tamara Brouwer Arnold

I just LOVE Tamara Brouwer Arnold. She even called me her most exciting fan! Such an honour! And I most probably am her most excited fan as well!!! I stumbled on Tamara’s first daily video a few months ago, and I was immediately hooked. A few months later, we had our first video call and I felt like we’d known each other forever. Since then, we’ve been in each other’s hearts, and I am genuinely excited to be sharing our interview with you. In fact, I’m SO excited I couldn’t wait until Thursday to publish it!

Make yourself a cup of tea, grab a soft and cosy blanket and get ready for some really good vibes!

Authentically Yours – Interview #3 Monica Geboiu

Let’s talk about sex, baby! Some time ago, I had a conversation with a friend of mine about her issues with her partner. Her sex life was synonimous of lack, rejection, arguments and lots of not so good things. That reminded me of those five years I spent in an almost sexless relationship. What I remember most about those times is the feeling of shame and profound loneliness. I was young and too embarrassed to talk about it because it made me feel like there was something wrong with ME. Why was everybody doing it but I wasn’t?

Fast forward to today, things have changed and I’m finally happy, but it still breaks my heart when I hear stories like that. It makes me want to shout “WOMAN, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!”. It’s time we break the silence. It’s time we break the walls of loneliness.

In this episode, Monica Geboiu and I share our own personal experiences as “sex-starved women” and how we dealt with it. Click here to watch!

Authentically Yours – Interview #4 Jenna Yamasaki

Money, money, money! Imagine winning  10 million dollars at a big international lottery. (Oh yeah, let’s bathe in that feeling for a bit… ) What would you do with that money? Some would put it on a bank account, some would quit their job and give themselves a huge upgrade, some would share it with their friends and family, some would donate it to charity, some would invest it… Soooo many options! But what would YOU do? Did you know that your answer to this question means much more than just that?

How do you feel about money? We are often taught not to talk about money, especially if we have it, as if it was a dirty thing. “Money is the root of all evil”, “Money can’t buy happiness”, we hear stories of people having money and then losing it all, people who were all nice and humble until the day they became rich.

In this week’s episode, Jenna Yamasaki explains how we can bring more abundance into our lives by changing our perspective. We talk about the Money Archetypes, and the different perceptions we have about money and how they impact our lives, because yes, the way we “do” money is the way we do everything. Authentically Yours – Interview #5 Whitney Lang

The Big F Word … You know that feeling, when you want to do something and then, uggh.. usually it’s in the stomach, and it’s accompanied by voices that say “What if it doesn’t work out?”, “What if I FAIL ?” .. or when you think of that time when you did try something and it didn’t work out.. And you heard those voices say things like “You’re such a loser”, “You can’t do anything right”, “Why did you even try?”  And it hurts, you feel sad and disappointed..

Failure. We have been taught that failure is bad. That failure means just that: FAILURE. But Whitney Lang has a different opinion. Failure doesn’t have to be just that. She shares her own experience: the fear of failure when she became a mother and how she dealt (and is still dealing) with it, and how she turned failure in her business into something positive, because in the end, failure is just a step leading to success.

A baby doesn’t consider its uncountable attempts to walk as failures, but as steps leading it closer to success. Failure is OK. Failure is part of life, and most importantly, failure is part of success. Watch this inspiring chat with Whitney about her life as an entrepreneur and a mother, and know that it’s okay for you too… Click here to watch.

Authentically Yours – Interview #6 Kristen Schwartz

Oh my. There couldn’t be a better time for this interview. Everything Kristen says resonates so much with what I’ve been reading, thinking and writing about recently. Fear and Pain. Two words we don’t want to be anywhere near, and yet… That is exactly how you get to the other side.

Watch and find out how Kristen’s own story served as a learning playground for her and got her to finally unite her traditional qualifications and her spiritual experience. Click here to watch.
